To register, please take the time to fill out the information below. Once you have completed the online form please click the payment button to submit payment.  If you have multiple players please register them separately and then pay for them all at once.  Insurance waiver must be printed and turned into the coach prior to your player being able to practice.  PreK and Kindergarten players must be potty trained and able to be on the field without parent involvment.
